ADMISSIONS
This school will admit pupils from all recognized schools Central/State.
Parents / Guardians seeking admission for their ward(s) can write or contact the Principal / Office, to know about the school and for Application and Prospectus.
Students from English Medium Schools with good performance and an inclination to study well with the teaching and guidance of qualified and competent faculty of VASSS are eligible to apply.
Age: A child seeking admission has to satisfy the age criteria given below

Pre Kindergarten (Pre-K.G) – As on 31st March (3 years ).

Kindergarten (LKG) – As on 31st March (4 years ).

Kindergarten (UKG) – As on 31st March (5 years ).

Grade I – 6 years and above.
Applicants selected for admission should confirm the acceptance within the stipulated date mentioned and remit the fee and other duly completed Declaration Forms and submit the necessary documents.
Our Admissions
All Students will have to appear for an Aptitude test in Tamil, English, Mathematics, and science to qualify for admission. The Aptitude test will be held in the school on any day convenient between January and March every year.
Admission Procedure

Registration forms, Entrance, and prospectus can be obtained on all working days from the office on payment of prescribed fee.

Fill in the information required in the admission form and submit it along with the required documents in the administrative office.
Entrance Test

The Entrance Test will be for a duration of approximately 2 hours and the subjects for the admission test are as follows:

Class I - IX: Literacy and Numeracy.

The Academy will attempt to declare the results after completing the evaluation and scrutiny of the answer script as it usually takes a minimum of 3 days.

The Child/Children should then meet the Principal/Chairman for allotment of class & and section.

The final approval has to be done by the Chairman. After obtaining Final approval, the fees as prescribed in the prospectus for admission can be deposited at the cash counter.

Obtaining application forms alone doesn't secure a seat.

Class XI - Interview based on Entrance and class X result.

Admission is open to Indian Nationals from Pre-school to XI.

Admission to new students in various classes shall be given in the third week of March and will be kept open up to 10th April but not beyond 10th September except in cases of admission of transfer from a Central or Recognized English Medium School having a similar pattern of academic year depending upon the availability of seats. In such cases, the gap between leaving the previous School and joining this School should not ordinarily be more than a month.

All applications for admission are to be made in the prescribed form with,

1 copy of the Birth certificate.

1 copy of the community certificate.

2 copies of the student's passport-size photograph.

2 copies of the Health certificate and Transfer certificate.

2 copies of the Aadhar.

Parents should also bring 2 copies of Aadhar and 2 copies of passport-size photographs.
